Summer Programs

Though students may leave during the summer months, The Madeira School campus is alive with activity. With nine summer programs for children of all ages, there is an opportunity to explore, create, inspire, and innovate in and outside of the classroom.

Our 376-acre campus along the Potomac River, minutes from the nation’s capital, is an ideal setting for summer experiences. Madeira offers acres of wooded trails, a pond, playing fields, tennis courts and a ropes course, and access to the Potomac River. The Hurd Sports Center with courts and an indoor pool ensure that even rainy days will be filled with fun.
